A boutique interior architecture consultancy established in 2006, led by two creative partners with more than fifty years of combined experience. We specialise in hospitality interiors — new developments, refurbishments and re-branding — for hotel operators and owners worldwide, across every budget.
The studio designs hospitality interiors for hotel operators and owners across the world — new developments, refurbishments and re-branding alike, at every budget. The work ranges from individual F&B outlets and guest rooms through to complete interior architecture for full hotels.
Two creative partners lead the practice, between them carrying more than fifty years of hospitality experience across Europe, the Middle East, India, the Americas and the Far East.
From its first studio in Dubai in 2006, the practice has grown into a network spanning Kuala Lumpur, Jeddah, Cairo and the Philippines — working as a single team across time zones.
Our guiding principle stays the same throughout: creativity tempered with common sense. A well-designed interior should always give the impression of a much larger budget.

Thirty years in hospitality planning and interior design, the first fourteen based in London, with work across Europe, the Middle East, India, the Americas and the Far East — from fifteen-room boutiques to five-thousand-room developments. Creative design lead and hospitality planning specialist.

More than twenty years creating interiors across retail, restaurants, residential and offices — including the Petronas Twin Towers corporate office and the Philharmonic Hall in Kuala Lumpur. Opened IDStudio Dubai in 2006 and became partner in 2008. Creative lead for FF&E, colour and finishes.
We hold one project lead accountable end-to-end, with the wider network behind them. From brief through to the first ninety days of guest feedback, the work moves in considered steps — programme, narrative and operations carried through every one.

Recognition follows the work, not the other way around. Further honours and completed commissions are listed alongside each project in our Works.
We take on a small number of new commissions each year. We'd be glad to hear from you.
