We pair creative ambition with the practical discipline a hotel project demands. Programme, cost and operations sit at the table from the first sketch. A resort is measured in guest journeys as much as square metres — and the best interiors feel inevitable in both.

Our work ranges from new-build flagships to phased refurbishments delivered around live operations. We are as comfortable with a 200-key resort refresh kept open through construction as we are with a single brasserie restyled in six weeks.

Each studio — KL, Jeddah, Cairo, Manila — brings a regional sensibility to a shared method. We work across time zones as a single team, with one project lead held accountable end-to-end and the network behind them.

Eco-Refurb has become a signature thread. Where we can reuse an existing fabric, we do — it is almost always quicker, often cheaper, and usually produces a more interesting room than starting with a bare shell.
